This was a very different time. You will go back to the crisis of the gulf war, with Saddam Hussein. The end of the Soviet Union and hopeful beginnings of NVC in Eastern Europe. And some pointers back to the very beginnings of NVC around 1970 – with Marshall telling about his first experiences with setting up school using NVC to bring about more mutual understanding, cooperation, fun.
